You will further be responsible for tasks connected to e.G. monthly internal reporting, client reporting and communication, proactive follow-ups, schedule analysis and key stakeholder alignment in regards to different planning deliverables.Your responsibilities and duties will also include:Developing contractual and operational time schedulesPreparing scenario planning to evaluate potential optionsAnalyzing schedules and providing scenario plans for mitigationMaintaining the accuracy of project plans according with project objectivesAnalyzing the schedule variance, risk and opportunityPreparing and presenting data to influence programme decision makingCoordinating with project team to accelerate tasks and resolve problemsSupporting the Project Portfolio team with inputs from your projectGiving feedback to the line organization on learnings and best practicesOrganize own workload to ensure your time is utilized effectivelyWhat you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. It is important for this role that you have strong interpersonal skills as you will interact and work with people at all levels in the organization.You have a minimum of 3 years' experience of working in major Offshore ProjectsYou have a minimum of 8 years' experience from planning and control environmentsIdeally you hold a MSc. degree within industry related fields, e.G. engineering or project management.Potentially PMI-SP certificationExpert level using Primavera P6 version 6
