The Field Technical Support (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention. This position is part of the Customer Care function and is located in Almeria. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the South Area and report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service.

Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering.2-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a customer facing one.Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written.Valid driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time.Availability to move to Almeria.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment.IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.You may not check every requirement, or your experience may look a little different from what we outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Beckman Coulter, we encourage you to apply!
