II - Job Description The Change & Communication Lead reports to the Digital PMO Lead, part of CIO Office. Main accountability to design, launch and oversee all communication and change management initiatives across CHC Digital organization.
The scope of this role includes:
Designing and deploying the communication strategy and plan for CHC DigitalDefining and driving the implementation of the change management framework for CHC Digital Transformation portfolioPreparing and launching all communication initiatives both inside and outside CHC Digital to promote CHC Digital missions, initiatives, achievements etcDesigning and coordinating change management initiatives across CHC Digital organization, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders (such as project leads, for change management at project level)Driving and overseeing change management and communication plans operational executionProviding ad hoc support, expertise and methodology to all CHC Digital stakeholders on communication guidelines, best practices, available materials, digital channels etcTo achieve these missions, as a key stakeholder within CHC Digital Transformation Office, the Digital Change & Communication Lead will work closely together with the Digital PMO Lead and Head of Digital Transformation Office on transversal change and communication initiatives, as well as with Digital Project Managers and Transformation Analysts regarding initiatives at project level.

Key Accountabilities: Design and deploy CHC Digital global communication and change strategy and planGather communication needs and launching associated communication initiativesBuild change management framework and plans to support CHC digital transformation at both global and project level, in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders (including supporting project leads on designing change management plan for a given project). Deploy change management best practices and coach project managersDrive and oversee change management and communication plans operational executionPromote CHC Digital missions, initiatives, achievements both inside and outside CHC Digital organizationProvide ad hoc support, expertise and methodology to all CHC Digital stakeholders on communication guidelines, best practices, available materials, digital channels etcSupport CHC Digital management in designing and overseeing transversal communication and change strategy and planSupport CHC Digital project leads on preparing and launching communication and change management initiative at project levelProvide ad hoc support to the Head of Digital Transformation Office on main committees' preparation and facilitationSynchronize on a regular basis with communication counterparts outside of CHC Digital organization to share best practices, gather guidelines, participate in transversal initiatives etcEducation: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent, Communication / Information Technology field preferred
Required knowledge and/or experience: 5+ years of work experience, with previous experience in change management and communication within a large-scale, international organization
