Job DescriptionThis position requires being responsible for executing all logistics activity for a given perimeter so CHEP provides a constant and efficient supply of equipment to its customers (Retailers and Manufacturers) at the right time, in the right manner and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction. This person will be the primary operational contact for our transporters related to the execution of the orders.
Key Accountabilities:Daily Management of order processingOn Time Performance to Customers and transport quality tracking and monitoringSupports Central in execution related incidentsLogistics Support for CHEP & External Managed Service CustomersDedicated fleets management. Route ManagementContact with local customers and third-party provider (Service Centres, D locations, PT Call Centre) to deliver CHEP ordersLocal level customer collaboration executionProcess gatekeeping and analysis of issues to carry out improvementsKey contact for daily issues impacting KPIs coordinating all actions to solve themKey contact for stakeholders to solve daily issuesSupervising, analysing, tracking and daily follow ups of operational issuesWeekly performance reporting (kpi, root cause, adequate notice, communication with suppliers)Special follow up of Hyper care customers Qualifications:Knowledge of CHEP, SAP, TMS and SIEBEL is paramountVisual Reporting (Power BI, QlikView) will be highly valued Experience required:Logistics execution expertiseSupply Chain background an advantageExperience in an environment with urgent requests and comfortable to manage those urgenciesCustomer service experience Skills & knowledge:Advanced Computer Skills mandatoryAdvanced Microsoft Excel knowledge to process analytical reportsAdvance Microsoft Outlook knowledgeGood numeracy and analytical skills in order to process analytical reports to create corresponding KPIs for service performance measurementAdvanced Analytical skills to find root-cause of issues faced during daily operationsAble to relate to customers, transporters, team members and other CHEP departments appropriately and switch easily between themSAP and TMS advance skills mandatoryKnowledge on QlikView reporting Tool desired Languages:English and Spanish mandatoryAny other EU language skills will be appreciated Preferred EducationBachelors
