The purpose is to assist every incident that may spoil the trip of the clients, whatever the duration, in the 200 countries where they operate.¿Qué harás?:As Insurance Travel Agent, you will be located in the Travel Assistance International Department of the company where your main responsibilities will be:You will provide clients with travel assistance related to international emergency medical cases, as well as assistance with other travel issues.You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring the clients have all the assistance and information they need.¿A quién buscamos?:You have a high level of Italian, Spanish, and English.You have experience in customer service (plus).You have excellent communication skills.You have a high sense of empathy and calm personality.You have availability to start working 24th of April.¿Qué ofrecemos?:Full-time contract.Permanent contract.Competitive salary with bonuses.Well connected workplace with city center.International and comfortable office environment.Schedule Monday to Friday.
