We are making significant strategic investments that will not only decrease our own environmental footprint but also help customers adapt to long-term environmental and social change through the development of cleaner, greener solutions.The head of Insurance is responsible for the management of all risk and insurance requirements for Arxada, Troy and Enviro Tech, including:Placement of all corporate insurance programs (local and international).Providing advice and guidance on insurance provisions in contracts and procuring new covers or extensions where required to protect the company.Issuing insurance documents (i.E., insurance certificates) and verifying insurance coverages of third parties.Providing advice and support to HR on RFPs, employee benefits, etc.Managing all claims.Ensuring optimal corporate insurance placement, negotiation, and renewals.Evaluating and implementing adequate covers for all risk areas.Managing insurance queries and questions from the various business units.Conducting Claims Management.Preparing Audits Reviews + Site Audit.Managing Insurance-related projects.Supporting the business on contractual negotiations with customers and suppliers.Conducting benchmarking analysis.Requirements:Experience in insurance management and negotiations with various stakeholders.Ability to think and act strategically.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
