Affiliate Account ManagerWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding new affiliates, negotiating commercial terms, managing relationships, and optimizing affiliate performance.
This role requires excellent negotiation skills, relationship management expertise, and a data-driven approach to maximize affiliate marketing efforts.What You'll DoGeneralManage the affiliates of the company partners.Work according to the marketing strategy and the marketing plans, media, and digital marketing mix.Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.Budget FinanceResponsible for the relevant parts of the end of the monthly Partners marketing finance process.Work according to the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives.Track and report on marketing expenditures, performance, and ROI.Affiliate RecruitmentIdentify and recruit new affiliates to join the affiliate programs.Conduct research to identify high-potential affiliates that align with our brand and business objectives.Attend industry events and networking opportunities to connect with potential affiliates.Commercial Terms NegotiationNegotiate and agree on commercial terms with new and existing affiliates.Ensure that all agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.Regularly review and renegotiate terms to optimize performance and profitability.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, acting as their primary point of contact.Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, addressing any issues or concerns.Develop and implement strategies to enhance affiliate satisfaction and loyalty.Performance OptimizationMonitor and analyze affiliate performance to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and execute strategies to optimize affiliate campaigns and maximize ROI.Provide affiliates with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.Campaign ManagementCoordinate and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, and product to support affiliate campaigns.Ensure all marketing materials and creatives are up-to-date and compliant with brand guidelines.Data Analysis and ReportingTrack, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the affiliate program.Use data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.Compliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure that all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.Monitor affiliate activities to prevent fraud and ensure high-quality traffic and leads.DevelopmentBe part of the team to define and develop relevant marketing and measurement tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
