Mission: Managing as efficiently as possible the Bank's commercial campaigns to customers, participating in the whole process from the definition of the campaign to the set-up and implementation, ensuring the achievement of defined KPI's and objectives. Responsibilities: As part of the Sales and Marketing - CRM department within the Business division, your main responsibilities will include: Campaigns: Defining and Managing Customer Campaigns Plan: Establishing priorities looking for the best audience, timing, and channel. Working with other teams of Campaigns and other departments (Data Science, Sales, and Marketing) to define the right combination of target audience, product, and channel and monitor results. Analysis: Analysing the results of different commercial actions and pushing ideas that have the capacity to optimise our business. Communicating the results to cross-functional team members using data visualisation tools. Identifying and defining new opportunities to improve processes and commercial actions considering the economic side. Data: Collecting and interpreting data from our AWS Data Lake to transform them into campaigns. In conjunction with Operations Team, analysing data to verify the correct implementation of customer-related processes. Projects: Working with Operations Team to evolve and improve Marketing tools (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target). To be successful in the role you might have: Experience working in Marketing, Business Development, or CRM departments. Using data for reporting and automating report generation. Statistical analysis: you are familiar with the basic statistical concepts and know how to use them in actionable promotional mechanics and campaigns. Knowledge of or an interest in the banking sector or financial products. Education: Business Administration, Market Research and Techniques, Mathematics, Statistics, etc. Languages: Spanish and fluent English. Technical skills: SQL basic skills. Excel Advanced Skills.
