In this full-time role, you will deliver individual Career Coaching to students in our MBA and MiM programs to support them in achieving their career management objectives.Coaching will take place in person on the IESE Madrid Campus. Previous Career Coaching experience is mandatory as well as a real passion for helping people reach their full potential at any stage of their careers.Main TasksRequired qualifications:Career Coaching experience either through coaching training/certification and/or real-life business experienceCareer Services experience in a top Business School is preferredExperience in Executive Search is highly valuedAbsolute must to be fluent in English and SpanishSkills:Strong active listening skills with the ability to build trust and develop relationships quicklyHighly flexible to adapt to internal and external changesSelf-motivated with a can-do attitude and able to work in a fast-paced demanding environmentEmpathy: with a sensibility to perceive various points of view, situations, needs, and opinions of othersGlobal mindset: being able to work with people from different backgrounds with an open mind
