Are you a highly-motivated HR professional who can demonstrate experience across the whole spectrum of people processes, from hiring to exit? We are looking for a service-oriented HR Manager to support our business in Spain. As HR Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to our business, managing all operational HR processes compliantly. You are also involved in strategic HR projects and tasks. You are confident with daily HR routines and seek to add value to our businesses. You enjoy advising line managers on employment legislation, planning recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews as well as supporting managers in people processes such as recruiting and annual performance reviews. You will be reporting to the Director,
HR Operations South Europe, Middle East and Africa, and working closely together with our HR Business Partners as well as with local business management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:Post graduate level diploma in HR related field (Bachelor's degree or higher)Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices in SpainExperience working with labor unionsEnthusiasm to manage various operational tasks and projects simultaneouslyExperience working in HR Manager role supporting a global business in a multi-cultural environmentSolid experience in recruiting various kinds (incl. engineering) of rolesKnowledge and experience in all people processes across the employment lifecycleGood negotiation skills and a persistent attitude to getting things doneFluent communication, presentation and facilitation skills both in Spanish and in EnglishDemonstrable understanding of standard HR metrics e.g. headcount, C&B costs, turnover, operational reporting (e.g. sickness and absence)Understanding the importance of data quality in our HR systemsRelevant office IT skillsAbility to travel occasionallyIf you have the confidence to be able to succeed in this position even if you don't fulfil all these requirements, don't hesitate to apply.
