They are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Agent who will provide direct support to the CEO from their Barcelona office.
¿Qué harás?: As a Customer Service and Sales Support Assistant, you will support the work of managers and the company director and undertake a variety of administrative, clerical, organisational, and managerial tasks.
Your main tasks consist of:
Researching potential clients in multiple international markets.Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.Compiling end-of-month reports for distributors, agents, and suppliers.Maintaining financial accounts by processing payments, invoicing, and end-of-month statements.Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.Supporting and assisting management in all areas of the international business.¿A quién buscamos?: We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
Language skills: Excellent level of English and Spanish; high level of German or French.Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position.IT Skills: Solid working knowledge of MS Office.Soft skills: Initiative and hands-on mentality; outgoing and proactive; able to work independently and show ability to learn; highly organized and punctual; service and solution-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.¿Qué ofrecemos?:
