What you will do In this role, you will own the end to end implementation of ERP across value chain. Responsibilities - Overseeing planning,deployment and integration of ERP system within timeline - Managing change across the organization to ensure successful adoption of the new system - Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes for ERP projects - Responsible for the systems rollout and preparing reporting packages for the leadership team - Tracking, analysing and resolving issues with ERP system - Training users & championing new system The ideal candidate requires - Relevant experience with ERP implementation & change management with 6 years is needed - Experience in managing org wide programs & projects - Managing stakeholders across diverse functions - Structured problem-solving, detail orientation, and customer-first attitude What matters - Empathy toward all customers - Holding Context as your guiding force - Approach towards problem-solving - A positive attitude - Resilient attitude to bounce back after failure About Us Exponent simplifies energy for EVs.
