Diversey's Global Procurement is organized by global categories. The 3rd Party Manufacturing Procurement Manager for Europe is part of the Global Procurement - 3rd Party Manufacturing team and is responsible for managing the relationship with a group of 3rd Party Manufacturing partners within the region, mostly linked to outsourced technologies or complexity, in alignment with the regional Supply Chain and Business organizations.Main Responsibilities Manage the commercial terms and business relationships with 3rd Party Manufacturing partners within the region, in alignment with the global CM strategy and the regional Business and Supply Chain strategy. Responsible for negotiating fees, conditions, costs, and contracts with 3rd Party Manufacturing partners.Engage suppliers on pricing and supply-related issues for new product quotes, volume transfers, and/or cost savings projects.Support new business initiatives, when necessary designing the supply chain process (end to end) from the sourcing of raw & pack materials, the manufacturing, and the delivery to the warehouse, engaging with both internal functions and the 3rd Party Manufacturing partners.Generate new ideas and execute on those ideas to deliver Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reductions for Diversey.Align with other Direct Materials categories (such as Chemicals and Packaging) to ensure all potential synergies are fully realized, Diversey's contracts are implemented, and there is transparency on Chemicals and Packaging spend by the 3rd Party Manufacturing partners.Oversee regular supplier audits and measure supplier performance. Manage intermittent supply issues and support the planning organization to ensure supplier performance and compliance. Develop appropriate communications to advise Business of supplier performance and work together with the Quality department to ensure 3rd Party Manufacturing partners comply with quality procedures.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, chemistry, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.5-6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, or other quantitative discipline, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.Strong negotiating and sourcing skills.Requirements Experience in 3rd party manufacturing, ideally within the industry and with specific knowledge of small to medium size operations.Strong understanding of the manufacturing environment and cleaning product chemistries. Experience with BPR, REACH, and/or manufacturing regulations is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
