Your objectives will be to develop activities both in scale and profitability with a team that you will recruit and manage.
You will request the necessary assistance from Energy Pool support teams.In a first phase, with the active support of the International Development team located in Savoie (France), the Chief Development Officer will mainly and simultaneously:Develop a portfolio of prospects/customers based on Energy Pool's existing offers in Europe.Define new Energy Management offers adapted to the Spanish market.Monitor regulatory developments relating to access to the demand-side flexibility market by independent aggregators such as Energy Pool.Favor Energy Pool by lobbying the regulator CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia) and the transmission operator REE independently and/or in coordination with local trade associations.Explore local strategic partnerships to accelerate development.As the CDO Spain develops, he or she may take on Spain Country Manager responsibilities and develop a local operational team through the legal existing entity.The indispensable:You come from an engineering or business school with a strong appetite for technical/complex and commercial subjects.You have a significant financial culture.You have at least 10 years of experience in a management role within a fast-growing SME/ETI.You are bilingual in Spanish, with a professional level of English and French (C1).And ideally:You have experience in the energy sector and the decarbonization of processes.You know the major energy players as well as the stakeholders (political, regulatory, etc.
