We're looking for an Account Manager in Spain to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

With operations in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany, the company has grown exponentially supported by 150 employees of at least 25 nationalities.
We started CASAFARI with a mission to organize the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform.
CASAFARI isn't just another data aggregator: it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions, and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors, and Q-commerce operators to reach their investment objectives.
Your RoleBe the main go-to person for our clients based on a portfolio assigned to you, most of whom are real estate agencies/brokerages.
Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features.
Onboard new members of our client's teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision and opinion makers with each client in your portfolio.
Help conduct product/customer interviews to understand real problems and workflows; consulting clients on our solutions or formulating feedback for our product team.
What We Are Looking ForApplicants must have native-level proficiency in Spanish.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and one of the following languages: Portuguese, Italian, German, or French.2+ years of experience in sales or account management (preferably B2B, SaaS, and RE).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Deep understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions between brokerages/agencies.Understanding/experience with technology for real estate professionals.Service-oriented mindset; self-disciplined, organized.Ability to multitask, work, and focus under pressure.Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic, desire to help and support clients.What We're OfferingBase salary (ranging between €24,000 to €29,000) and bonus.
