Your main tasks will be:Manage business correspondence to ensure timely communication with stakeholders; Maintain regular communication with app stores; Handle access provision for new and existing users; Process and track developer fee payments in a timely manner; Oversee verification procedures; Manage payments andresolve any payment-related issues efficiently; Administer store accounts, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting; Execute pricing updates and ensure accuracy across platforms; Coordinate and manage app transfers for each individual application; Prepare documentation required for onboarding new stores or partners; Update commission structures in the ERP system and ensure system-wide consistency; Own end-to-end app store account management, ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and compliant; Verify product updates to match developer guidelines
