The Chairman's Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centers, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services.

What you'll do At Motherson COE, we are looking for a Tax Manager who will become part of the COE Tax Team.
The chosen candidate must have a strong knowledge of tax accounting and finance combined with demonstrable work experience of at least 5-7 years in similar positions.
The candidate will be responsible for the technical side of compliance with different taxes and reporting, mostly for the Spanish and Portuguese entities of our Group.
The candidate will work under the guidance and supervision of the Tax Director for Europe & North Africa.
Responsible for the tax reconciliation (direct and indirect taxes) and the automation of tax reconciliation processes; closely working with local finance teams.
Responsible for the timely preparation and submission of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes) for all legal entities in the assigned territory.
Supervise all tax payments of the legal entities in the assigned territory.
Responsible for the calculation of the tax provisions and tax (risk) reporting.
Manage all operational taxes (including but not limited to tax registrations) and provide tax reporting packages.
Deal directly with local tax authorities, local advisors, and local finance teams in the assigned territory.
Manage the tax audits of the legal entities in the assigned territory.
Coordinate the gathering of information required/requested in connection with a tax audit.
Support in the implementation of tax audit strategies.
Support the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation.
Report all potentially reportable cross-border transactions (EU DAC6).
Support legal entity rationalization.
Conduct tax research and support in international tax matters and provide tax support to the business, working to efficiently and effectively lead international tax risk and planning.
Take care of digital tax-relevant documentation sorting and archiving.
