What You'll DoMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of other social benefits, including medical insurance, life and accident insurance, and pension plans, ensuring policy compliance and good employee service.Drafting documents and certificates.Keeping the internal HR system updated.Managing contracts with temporary employment agencies and interns to ensure compliance with labor and internal control requirements.Administrative tasks with other business areas requiring interaction with offices in other countries.Preparing documentation for new hires and participating in their onboarding process.Supporting the team on new projects.Providing support to the Operations area on specific projects.Please note that this position is not limited to the responsibilities outlined above, and the scope of work and responsibilities may change over time.
What You'll BringDegree in Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration (ADE).1-2 years of experience in a similar role within international service companies.Knowledge of labor and tax legislation applicable to HR administrative processes and payroll systems.Fluent English and Spanish, both spoken and written (C1).Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with internal programs such as Workday, Oracle, or tax exemption programs (e.g., 7p) is an asset.Support departmental tasks and responsibilities to ensure high-quality results.Strong interpersonal skills to integrate well with the existing team and the company/employees.Ability to combine a practical approach to operational issues with strong analytical skills.Must hold university degree, vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy.Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships.Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required).Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
