The Role

If you answered yes to these questions, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a People & Culture Partnering Services Lead to join our P&C team in the Iberia region. You will lead a team of local People Partners and be responsible for the management, delivery, and execution of P&C advisory services to all employees and people leaders within the region. You will also ensure the services provided are compliant with local employment law and legislation, as well as collaborating across the wider P&C function to improve processes and ways of working.

Location: Madrid - Hybrid
Principle AccountabilitiesResponsible for managing a team of 2 People Partners and acts as the primary escalation point for complex P&C queries/cases in their geographic location.Responsible for the delivery of P&C advisory services to all colleagues, partnering with P&C Strategic Business Partners, P&C Operations Lead and Global Centres of Expertise (CoE) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Global People & Culture Service Delivery Model.Provides Employee Relations advice, guidance, and case management on Employee Policies, Investigations, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Appeals, Performance Improvement, and complex leaver cases. Acting as the escalation point for complex cases where required.Manages local reward and compensation for Non-Global Grades and liaises with the Reward CoE on benchmarking for global grades as appropriate.Manages the delivery of annual reporting and data insights associated with employee lifecycle events in conjunction with other P&C teams.Supports cyclical activities across the employee lifecycle e.g., performance management, annual salary review and bonus management.Skills and Experience RequiredExperience in a relevant or equivalent P&C role, with direct experience of providing complex P&C advice to people leaders and employees.Line management experience with the ability to act as a mentor and coach to team members.In-depth knowledge of local labour legislation, regulations, HR policies and practice.Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.Experience of negotiating, facilitating, and influencing to achieve desired outcomes.Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple cases and prioritize work effectively.What We OfferIn return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and many extras including a great pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement and hybrid/flexible working opportunities as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
