TasksYour responsibilities and impact working as a Junior Accountancy Administrator will be:
Your main focus as Junior Accountancy Administrator (Spanish Speaker) is managing a range of accountancy focused administrative tasks ensuring the support of Freelance and Temporary employer employments at company clients.
Your main tasks include:Being the point of contact for Employees, Clients and the Sales teamCreating employee contracts and supporting on time-sheeting, payslips, invoicing etc.Collecting and Managing information from the Finance and Payroll systemsPreparing Journal entry posting, margin reports and conducting report analysis ensuring accuracyEnsure data and report accuracy and resolve uncovered inconsistencies with relevant stakeholders (company departments)Sharing financial oriented information with non-finance oriented individuals in an understandable and comprehensive mannerRequirementsSkills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You are a native Spanish speaker and speak fluent English (full business proficiency)A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business administration or other relevant fieldsYou have primary industry experience related to accountancy, finance and adminYou are confident in using ExcelYou have excellent organization skills paying close attention to details to minimize mistakesYou have strong analytical skillsYou are good at multitasking, professional and pro-activeYou have a hard worker mentalityBenefitsWhat's in it for you?
