Responsible for driving projects at the territory and account level in close collaboration with the country teams.ObjectivesReach McGrath, VAP, Airway Management, and Sonarmed sales targets in dedicated accounts, products, and/or regions.
Create and implement business development plans/strategies and adjust as needed.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of targeted products and therapies at the account or territory level.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the expansion of Medtronic therapies at the account or territory level.
Coordinates with both customer and Medtronic stakeholders to identify account needs and potential for implementing market development projects.
Develops business models and determines local market trends to substantiate long-term prospects and approaches.
Creates, develops, and maintains referral pathways with stakeholders to ensure sustainable patient access to therapies.
Identifies and supports the implementation of patient pathway optimization programs.
Ensures clear understanding and documentation of clinical and economic benefits of increased therapy adoption.
Expands our KOL network by building new and fostering existing KOL relationships.Develops and disseminates information continuously to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives.Minimum Requirements- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent (post-graduate degree advantageous)- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in market business development or sales- Experience in developing and influencing stakeholders- Experience in leading complex sales and business development projects- Excellent communication skills, skilled relationship builder- Team player- Results-oriented, eagerness to close projects from start to finish- Medtronic Mindset Champion- Previous experience working in a regulated industry in Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals.- Good command of Spanish- Willingness to travel 40% of the time.Nice to have- Good command of Portuguese language- Experience with Respiratory Interventions Market- Product and Therapy knowledge (McGrath, VAP, Airway Management, Sonarmed)About MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
