This company is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sr. Customer Service Representative. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class organization dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Position SummaryResponsible for order entry into the company ERP system to ensure all customer requirements are met from the time of initial order receipt until the product is delivered and invoiced.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Accounting as necessary to assist in account setup.Verify product/stock numbers, pricing, and product availability.Work with various departments within the company to clarify any discrepancies prior to order entry. This includes working closely with field sales and customer service, as needed, to clarify customer requirements.Assist customers with order placement and key orders into the ERP system.Fax order acknowledgments to customers.¿Qué estamos buscando?Must have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.Experience in using an integrated ERP system (SAP).Management of correspondence with various customers, selling partners, and internal personnel within different departments.Customer service experience preferred.Strong time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under demanding time constraints.High English level.Personas con discapacidad: Será necesario disponer de un Certificado de Discapacidad oficial igual o superior al 33% emitido por el organismo público competente.¿Qué ofrecemos?Monday to Friday working schedule.Competitive Salary.Permanent Role.
