The Team is providing 24x7 Operational Support.ResponsibilitiesProviding complex technical training to lower Tiered groupsBuild and maintain large scale production systems with high efficiency and availability using the combination of software and systems to develop and sustain world-class operations/practicesCreating and deploying network automationImproving network reliabilityDriving tools/service developments to maintain and improve our service SLOsDeveloping automations to solve problems in a SRE support modelManaging various large-scale enterprise network topologies including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, and IP ServicesWorking with infrastructure components including routers, load balancers, proxy, firewalls, cloud products, storage, and networksDrive the collection of performance metrics that will help drive automation, reduce network downtime, and enhance our decision-making capabilityQualificationsBachelor's degree of Science or Applied Science in Computer Science or Electrical EngineeringAt least 8 years of detailed hands-on troubleshooting experience of complex large scale TCP/IP networksTelecommunications Engineering or industry experienceAdvanced knowledge of the following routing protocols: BGP and MPLSAdvanced understanding of ACLs, prefix lists, firewalls, and other security methods and best practicesAdvanced Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IP Provisioning, and IP ManagementTechnology Expertise: Cisco SDWAN, network routing protocols, and NextGen ArchitectureExperience defining operational support requirements for new network-related technologies and productsAbility to review and create technical changes for accuracy and recommend changes to support operational guidelinesAdvanced knowledge of highly complex network infrastructures and multiple products residing on themCurrent working ambition and/or initiative towards gaining CCIE and/or similar experienceAbility to communicate effectively on different levelsAbility to work in a high-stress environment
