We are currently looking for an Energy Engineer in our office in Madrid, Spain.
The Intermediate Energy Engineer will develop the Group IPS process and sustainability services while contributing to projects related to sustainable initiatives, energy audits, and assessments in industrial environments.
Responsibilities: Conduct industrial project assessments to optimize energy consumption and define alternative technologies to facilitate transition to carbon neutrality.Work on projects around energy efficiency in industry, waste-to-energy solutions, and auto-consumption.Coordinate engineering projects during design phases and manage the engineering team working on calculations.Measure emissions and manage energy transition projects with a special interest in the Hydrogen Economy.Perform economic analysis of projects.Conduct energy auditing in buildings and factories.Requirements: 10 – 15 years of experience in Engineering Projects - EPCM.Minimum 5 years of experience in energy consumption/usage and energy efficiency in industrial environments, ideally with engineering profiles.Experience with installation calculation and supervision/coordination.Knowledge of applicable norms and standards.Experience with Hydrogen Economy engineering projects is an asset.Familiarity with Autodesk platform and comfortable in 3D environments.Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.Experience with energy efficiency solutions.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; French is a plus.Travel flexibility and availability.Benefits: Permanent contract.Safety, prevention, and well-being are fundamentals for us.Specialized in-house training designed to help you advance your career.No glass ceiling!
