Ambassador Worldwide is a well-established domestic contract security provider and U.S government contractor headquartered in Cordova, TN. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual with business management experience to join our team, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our expanding organization.
The right and successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of proven verifiable work and supervisory experience running and/or operating in a human resource/administrative manager/director position. The successful candidate must understand the company's mission, have strong leadership ability, and be able to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
He or she will be responsible for ensuring that all related administrative duties are performed, including:
Ensuring fast and efficient answering of the company's multiple line telephone systems.Accurately forwarding phone calls and routing messages to the correct recipient in a timely manner.Demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills. Other responsibilities include:
Assuming direct responsibility for the company's electronic web-based work schedule.Scheduling client services and daily company operations.Managing employee vacation and time-off requests.Gathering employee time records and ensuring accurate calculation for the payroll department.Maintaining employee employment and personnel records.Ongoing recruiting, interviewing, and screening of applicants for vacant or anticipated new positions.Organizing office supplies and equipment. The right and successful candidate must also possess the ability to manage all functional areas within the HR arena and provide technical direction to technical/professional and clerical staff within assigned areas. Consult and advise junior managers and subordinates on personnel-related policies and procedures.

Administrative Manager Key Job Responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day running of the company and handle Ambassador's Administrative business affairs diligently.Enforce company policies, procedures, regulations, and legislative compliance.Take swift action in hiring new talent to fill new and existing contract opportunities.Collaborate with the Operations Manager (OPM) and team members to hire and onboard new management, supervisory, and line-level staff to ensure quality talent selection, interviewing, and onboarding occurs efficiently. Requirements:Proven experience and skills in reading, writing, and analyzing employment ads or in a similar role, ideally within the security or defense sector.Excellent understanding of administrative and human resources (HR).Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and evaluate potential opportunities.Proficiency in interpreting complex requirements and transforming them into detailed responses.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to compute pricing requirements accurately.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines.
