OVERALL OBJECTIVE
The position of "Sales Administrator" for CST Iberia will work hand in hand with the management team of the operating unit with the aim of increasing its efficiency and effectiveness, as well as making business analysis part of the DNA and the usual practice of all members of CST Iberia through the development and implementation of digital management tools and processes.
This person will have a clear role in the execution of the strategic imperative of CST's "data management", being responsible for the implementation and training of the different digital control tools such as: lightning, mycase, MMX, etc.
This figure will also be the point of contact for the sales force and marketing teams to develop sales analysis reports and prepare business reviews.
On the other hand, it will be responsible for the coordination of public tenders between all members of the company involved in such an important process for the business.

MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for implementation, control and training of business management tools and efficiency maximization.Responsible for Commercial excellence CST, commex Neuroscience dialogue.Lightning & MMX - CST expert and trainer.Mycase - CST expert and trainer.Cornerstone reports (take out the Cornerstone completeness report once a month).Sales analysis and ad hoc reporting for sales managers.Sales Analysis (sales reports & dashboard, insights, market share tracker, Eucomed, powerBI & Tableau, trend analysis).Use of tools such as Excel and PowerBI.Support in the preparation of presentations and QBRs - become experts in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.This person will pivot the correct presentation of contests that are carried out thanks to teamwork between the contest department, sales, business opps and marketing.The person will analyze the events carried out, as well as the resources used (hours of work, economic resources) in relation to the CST activities, identifying points for improvement or where they can be more efficient. JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree.
