Job Description
Plan the workforce, anticipating medium- and long-term staffing, and implement the necessary actions and processes to attract, hire, and retain performance evaluation systems.
Identify potential and design appropriate career plans in coordination with succession and implementation of the annual training plan. Define all job positions together with the corresponding department, implement and monitor the compensation system to ensure internal equity, and establish a system for evaluating and monitoring the work climate.
Manage the administrative procedures (contracts, payroll, social security) and control of employee rights, along with labor relations (individual and collective) including works councils, personnel delegates, or union liaisons, preventing and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
Implement preventive measures to protect people's health.
