What is our proposal?
The SEO Director will lead our SEO strategy and collaborate with other departments to enhance our online visibility and drive organic growth. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of developing successful SEO strategies, and the ability to execute those strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic.
- Analyze and interpret SEO performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.Technical SEO:
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting search engine visibility.
- Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and site speed for improved crawlability and indexability.Content Strategy:
- Oversee the development and execution of a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals.
- Ensure content is optimized for target keywords and provides value to the audience.
- Utilize data and analytics to guide content creation and strategy adjustments.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
