Location: Remote from Norway

We are seeking a proactive Senior Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Python and PHP, capable of making and standing by significant technical decisions. This role will involve close collaboration with the Chief Architect, serving as a sparring partner with the eventual goal of moving into an Architect role.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Chief Architect to shape and execute technical strategies.Lead and support the development team in building and enhancing platform-independent solutions.Take ownership of key technical decisions and provide leadership on architecture-related matters.Transition into an Architect role over time, contributing to long-term technical planning. Requirements:5-8 years of solid experience in both Python and PHP development.Proven ability to make independent, significant technical decisions.Desire to grow into an Architect role.Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a distributed team environment.No strict requirements for education or specific cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Nice to Have:A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development.Experience working in distributed teams and a high degree of flexibility for remote work.
