Kornit is looking for a Roll-to-Roll Global Sales Director.

A result-driven professional, experienced in business leadership, GTM planning, and with excellent knowledge in the Roll-to-Roll textile industry.

Reports to: Chief Product Officer

Location: Europe

Your success will be measured on meeting the business objectives, while maintaining excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.
In addition, your ability to grow our business will play a major role in your success.

This role requires a high level of collaboration with different units and partnerships with other leaders in the organization to align and execute Kornit's strategy.

What will you do? Drive Kornit's Roll-to-Roll go-to-market plans and strategy.Serve as the domain expert in Roll-to-Roll sales and drive the plans, knowledge base, and activities to increase business.Establish connections and promote the Roll-to-Roll business within strategic customers worldwide.Tight work within a matrix organization (with regional presidents, Roll-to-Roll regional sales functions, and Roll-to-Roll Product Marketing) and customers to achieve the business results and growth plan of the Roll-to-Roll space, and to ensure we provide a best-in-class portfolio and appealing offering.Ensure our Roll-to-Roll portfolio is constantly aimed at our customers (working closely with the product marketing).Work with both customers and internal interfaces in a high-intensity environment: assuring that the cycle of planning (short and long term) and execution is carried out. What should you have? Proven experience (at least 5 years) in managing end-to-end business-oriented organizations in a global environment.Highly proficient in the field of textile, preferably print.Self-motivated, hard-working, innovative person with analytical, problem-solving, and top interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong business acumen, wide knowledge and experience in Financial Planning and Strategy.Non-formal, energetic change-agent, with demonstrated ability to solve complex personal/process problems, in a complex matrix environment.Passion for customers.Excellent oral, presentation, written communication, and organizational skills.Thrives under pressure and high-intensity environment.English fluency - A MUST, other languages - an advantage.Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
