Our strategy consists of 3 key learning programs:QMS GxP – protects our licence to operate by ensuring we are compliant with external regulations.Clinical Execution Excellence – enables effective end-to-end delivery of clinical trials.Clinical Innovation – leverages learning to bring awareness of the industry trends.Leadership of the team includes Learning Program Leads & R&D GxP Learning Operations Director. The former oversees execution of their respective program strategy while the latter ensures alignment with business objectives & operational success across all 3 programs.The Learning Experience Advisor works as part of a team to design accessible, sustainable & compliant learning experiences. This role contributes to moderately complex projects with multiple deliverables & a large scale. They typically collaborate closely with Learning Experience Manager(s) & Associate Director(s) of R&D GxP Learning Operations.Our team fosters inclusion by creating a psychologically safe environment where we recognize each other's accomplishments, freely express, & respect each other's opinions.Typical AccountabilitiesLearning Experience DesignConduct parts of the learning experience design process, e.G. performs needs analysis, chooses the right methodologies, ideates, prototypes, develops, tests & delivers learning solutions.Leverages various delivery methods to offer blended learning aligned with the 3E – Education, Experience, Exposure – learning strategy. It might include but not be limited to virtual interactions, audio, animation, simulations, storytelling, eLearning, social learning.Researches & embeds accessibility & sustainability in learning experience design.Ensures compliance of learning solutions with GxP regulations.Partners with Learning Technology Manager(s) to manage Subject Matter Experts & business stakeholders as appropriate.Deploys developed solutions via the preferred learning technology & manages assignment to the learners as appropriate.Develops materials for various engagement tactics, e.G. email campaigns & newsletters, social discussions, polls, branded merchandise.Contributes to hybrid & onsite learning initiatives, e.G. functional onboarding, learning expo events, symposia.Team CollaborationRole models inclusion in the team & in the function.Collaborates with team members to define best practices, maintain existing courseware, formulate appropriate solutions evaluation methods & ensure tracking in Learning Management System, as appropriate.Shares learning experience knowledge with the team members and mentors/coaches others who would like to upskill in this area
