As a Customer Success Manager, you will: Act as a Trusted Advisor to our Small and Mid-market customers helping them achieve business value and ROI from their investment in ForceManager.
Maintain high levels of engagement to ensure customer's adoption and growth .
Build strategy for your accounts to drive loyalty and avoid churn.
Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and needs .
Monitor customer usage data , health indicators , renewal dates , and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success .
Identify growth opportunities to ensure expansion within your segment.
What we need from you: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Previous experience working as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS or strong sales B2B background .
Strong focus and experience in renewals and improving adoption of SaaS tools .
Previous experience in upselling and cross-selling will be a plus.
Previous experience with Customer Success Tools.
Technical understanding of SaaS concepts will be a plus.
Computer savvy, love Technology.
Completely fluent in Italian , English , and Spanish is mandatory.
Other European languages will be highly valued.
Ability to work remotely and within a decentralized team .
Great communication and interaction skills.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Client-oriented attitude with willingness to go the extra mile.
