Customer centric, we offer an empowering entrepreneurial culture - and a place to thrive and grow.Position Overview: You will be considered as a highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within the organization in medical activities within the Fertility area, and more broadly in the Reproductive Health area. He/she will work with the Medical Affairs Manager, Reproductive Health, Fertility Business Unit and commercial colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency in strategy and tactics.Your Responsibilities:Offer high quality medical and scientific information, liaise and support the development of key and regional opinion leaders (KOL/ROL e.G., Leader of relevant university hospitals).Develop and execute plans to build and maintain strong medical relationships, to expand research, advisory and educational partnership opportunities.Ensure that planned local medical activities are diligently executed.Provide high quality medical and scientific support/communications to internal and external customers (e.G., advisory board meetings, regional training courses/workshops together with KOL/ROL, support of speakers with presentations and literature research).Maintain an elevated level of scientific and technical expertise in therapeutic areas. Develop and increase knowledge of medical literature. Prepare and present critical reviews of scientific publications and congresses, internally and externally.Complete necessary documentation to ensure knowledge preservation (e.G., CRM reports). Use necessary tools to develop and follow up on strategic measures (project plans).Stay up to date regarding the therapeutic area, products, and competitor's medical information.In cooperation with the Medical Affairs Manager, gather local research proposals and ensure their alignment with medical objectives within Ferring locally and globally.Comply with all GCP, Ferring policies and procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications:Scientific degree: Lifesciences, such as Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Embryologist, Biologist, or related qualification.At least 2 years of experience as MSL and desirable experience in the Fertility therapeutic area, strength in research and interpretation of medical data.Deep medical/scientific knowledge, to operate on a peer-to-peer level with KOLs in the Fertility Therapeutic Area
