You can be based in Berga, Spain and report to the Production Manager to be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.In this role you will have the opportunity to work to analyze production lines from a technical and maintenance perspective ensuring continuous improvement. Coordinate and implement the prevention plans for machinery.What will you do:Guarantee the implementation and follow up of the Safety Requirements of Paulig.Act and live according to Paulig's values and leadership principles and actively promote and implement these throughout entire organization (quality, factory and Paulig meetings).Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet the agreed requirements while achieving delivery, quality, environmental and safety standards.Ensure the team are aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities and the importance in achieving these.Undertake continuous training and development with teams.Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems to the Paulig way of working to guarantee quality product.Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company procedures.Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for weekly production.Responsible for providing the necessary human resources based on Production Scheduling and check temporal staff welcome.Ensure that the escalation procedure for quality and delivery concerns is followed.Daily monitor change over and/or line set up efficiency.Ensure full adherence to 5S.Maintain, improve and train routines standards in all disciplines.Be visible in the production area and to support and train members of the team.Lead team meetings with a structured agenda.Responsible for team members.Be present and collaborate with external and internal audits.Coordinate daily tasks with maintenance supervisor.Support manager during staff selection and recruitment.What we expect from you:Experience of the manufacturing process.Experience of LEAN manufacturing environment.Creative business development.Catalan and English on advanced level.Planning & Organizing.Leadership & communications skills.Industrial Engineering or similar at college.High level of production knowledge.Experience for leading personnel.IT skills.At Paulig, we value every person as an individual and a professional and expect the same from you.
