Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Developer.Main responsabilities :- Develop software according to user requirements, functional and technical design specifications.- Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.- Asses, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures.- Review code for potential performance issues, reusability and / or anomalies.Mandatory Skills :- At least 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer- Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce- Experience in developing lightning components desired.- Development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).- Understanding of both DevOps / Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus- Should be able to work in a self managing way and should take Accountability of all assigned applications- Excellent spoken and written English.- Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.- Any other Salesforce certification is a plusWHAT DO WE OFFER- Permanent contract.- Flexible Schedule.
