Position Overview: In Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, our vision is to become a leader in Oncology, bringing innovative solutions to cover unmet patient needs. We have an established footprint in Prostate Cancer, a growing presence in Lung Cancer, and a strong pipeline of new treatments under development.
As a Medical Representative in Oncology, you will be part of a high performing team and will contribute to transforming patients' lives! You will develop professional relationships with key customers, including physicians, pharmacists, and KOLs, in order to deliver high value educational content. You will be responsible for managing a designated area in Attica and Dodecanese and achieving sales objectives. The role is based in Athens, Attica and will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities:Prove strong understanding of the Therapeutic Area, the promoted product portfolio, the brand strategy and the scientific data, in order to appropriately inform Health Care Professionals (HCPs).Ensure that Janssen products and supporting services are properly understood by the HCPs and available to HCPs and patients.Achieve business objectives through detailing multiple physicians and healthcare professional accounts in the prescribed territory.Schedule appointments and conduct sales presentations to mature and new customers.Conduct visits to physicians, pharmacists, and other customers, gathering insights and information on market conditions.Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare sales reports, analyses, and documents as required.Collaborate effectively with the sales team, the marketing team and other functions.Act in compliance with national/state regulations and company business standards, policies and procedures.Qualifications:University Degree (Bachelor's) preferably in Life Sciences while a Master's Degree is an asset.A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical sales.A minimum of 2 years' experience in Oncology.Very good command of English language.Proficient Greek speaker is required.Power PC user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Proficiencies and Skills:Strong communication & interpersonal skills.Ability to identify new opportunities, propose activities and create plans.Business results orientation driven by compliance and high ethical standards.Demonstrate deep level of understanding of the local environment and market dynamics.Agility, resilience, and ability to master complexity.
