Your qualifications: Hands-on approach; solution-oriented with a love for finding opportunities to automate processes.Previous roles in sales development or as a sales trainee.Experience of one year or more in sales.Language skills: German (C1) required; proficiency in English (C1) is also necessary, and French is a big plus.Transparent and empathetic communication style.Strong self-organization and professional growth ethic.Technical understanding; familiarity with tech environments and experience with HubSpot is a plus.Education: Successfully completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree.Your tasks: Provide administrative support, learn how to qualify leads, and assist Vince with documentation.Engage in outbound calling and emailing.Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings.Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn for social selling.Start building and maintaining relationships through calls and written communication.Support Vince in developing new processes and ideas.About us: b-good GmbH with the adstrong.com brand is on a mission to help brands, agencies, and Amazon sellers realize their sales potential through Google Shopping.
