(Fx-121) International Operations Manager

Travelling 25% of the time will be needed.

MissionSupport and assist the Operations Managing Director in the day to day work routine as well as different projects. Handle organizational and corporate aspects and be back-up and/or represent the Ops MD in assigned topics, meetings and projects.

TasksSupport organisational development of the countries and subsidiaries.Support KPIs and goal definition as well as evaluation process in all areas, assuring its implementation and execution within the local teams and aligned with HQ policies.Support the fulfilment of sustainability aspects in each country; documentation management and partner with sustainability and production departments.Preparation and supporting of board meetings, negotiations with local management teams, shareholders and other stakeholders.Lead and execute company internal communications with other departments at the HQ.Act in absence of the Ops Managing Director. ProfileEducation/Studies: Finance, legal, management.Languages: Spanish, English fluently; third language highly valued (French).Between 5-8 years related work experience in private (multinational company) or consultancy.Legal and financial knowledge of business management (constitution of entities, charts, business structures, business management organism, financial and tax management on international level, etc.)Mobility: International travels; frequency: monthly.
