Position Description:The HR Business Partner Iberia is responsible for supporting the business strategy by developing and delivering the people strategy in Spain and Portugal.
This role will focus on partnering with Elanco business leaders in the respective countries, in attracting, retaining, and developing talent whilst building high performing teams.
In addition, this role will be responsible for the ER/IR relationship with the local works council.
This role is a member of the cluster lead team and will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:Thought Leadership and Strategic Partnership: Partners with respective business leaders and various Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop the business strategy and corresponding HR strategy.
Member of the cluster Leadership Team.Talent Management and Staff Development: Partners with respective business leaders to provide coaching and develop strategies to proactively manage the retention and development of key talent including current and future leadership talent.Organization Diagnosis, Intervention Design and Change Management: Advises and influences business leaders to ensure the cluster is appropriately designed to achieve its strategic and operational business objectives.Core HR Process Stewardship: Advises and influences site leaders to ensure that core HR processes are leveraged for behavior change with employees and influences the central HR COEs by providing perspectives and needs of the business group for consideration in developing the programs and processes.Deliver HR Essential Wins: Ensuring essential goals are met, local HR programs are implemented, and relevant processes are followed.Functions, Duties, Tasks:Thought Leadership and Strategic Partnership: Partner with respective business leaders and various COEs to develop the cluster business strategy and corresponding HRM strategies.Organization and Talent Development: Drive and facilitate the Success Management and Talent Review.Recruitment: Champion the Elanco recruitment process, coaching supervisors on their role and responsibility within the process.Performance Management: Drive and champion the Performance Management framework.Learning and Development: Conduct a training and development needs analysis, design and facilitate the delivery of a comprehensive training and development plan.Compensation and Benefits: Facilitate the annual salary review process and ensure reward differentiation of individuals through supervisors.Headcount Planning and Recruitment: Contribute to the Annual Business Planning and Budget process through managing the headcount and people costs.Policies and Practices: Ensure compliance with local level benefit administration.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo: https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/129964475/fw447-hrbp-iberia-madrid/?utm_source=html
