At Preply we boast the largest and most diverse Tutor base across all online language learning platforms and our Tutors play a pivotal role in achieving our goal of unlocking human potential through learning.
We are constantly pushing the boundaries, conducting hundreds of AB tests, and identifying opportunities to enhance the experience for both our students and tutors.
The successful candidate will support Preply in achieving its ambitious goals by identifying new ways to enable Tutors to be high performing and engaging on our platform.
What you'll be doing: Develop and implement a community strategy, making necessary iterations based on performance and feedback & ensuring alignment with overall business goals and communication strategy.
Monitor, track, and improve community engagement & other performance metrics, using data to inform strategy adjustments.
Align the community content calendar with the overall communications strategy and Supply priorities.
Write compelling copy for community posts, and create engaging video or other creative content as necessary.
Manage and continuously improve the Community engagement programs, including Community Leaders & Mentorship programs.
Develop robust feedback loops between tutors, the product team, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams including Tutor Development, Tech, Data, Brand, and Product Management to deliver on our community strategy and plans.
Manage the relationship with the community platform provider, Bettermode, ensuring the community is optimized and aligns with our goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our community engagement strategies are innovative and effective.
What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in community engagement, community management, social media management, or similar role.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Strong understanding of community engagement metrics and analytics & proficient in using analytics tools to monitor and analyze community engagement.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community members.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with feedback loop systems and stakeholder management.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
