The objective of the FVL Spain Sales Professional Used Cars is to identify, qualify and close new opportunities for selling CEVA's Finished Vehicle Logistics capabilities to customers and prospects.
The successful candidate will build profitable and recurring revenue streams from customers of this field. The position will also require adapting to CEVA's Used Cars strategy within Spain to reflect changes within the marketplace.
Key accountabilities:
Collaborate with FVL product community as well as FVL BD regional leadership to ensure alignment of strategy and action and corresponding execution.
Hunt for new business with existing clients as well as prospects with regards to Used Cars product.
Manage the country pipeline according to product line targets.
Define target customer list for related geographical perimeter.
Connect with all BD (local, regional, global) to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification is aligned with product strategy and priorities and to ensure pipeline and sales activity is aligned with growth targets.
Be the Voice of the customer to the Operations and escalate critical resolution items that represent a risk to the business within FVL product.
Understand the sector characteristics and trends including: key players; market dynamics and challenges; existing requirements; key competitors and their offerings.
Participate on creation of BD organization growth targets and strategy.
Actively participate on set-up of country FVL BD Strategy as part of regional and global Go-to-Market Strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in logistics, business or equivalent.
Fluent in English (written and verbal). Any other language is welcome.
5+ years' experience in Automotive and/or FVL.
5+ years used cars or fleet management experience.
Experience in communicating at all layers of an organisation up to, and including, C-level.
Knowledge of the logistics industry in Spain.
Expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant in FVL.
Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement.
Mature judgement and decision-making.
Ability to map out and follow a long-term sales plan where sales may convert several quarters after the initial contact.
Commercial, numerical and financial skills.
Permanent contract.
Full-time job: 9 to 19 (Monday to Thursday) and 9 to 14 (Friday).
