YOUR ROLE FVL Sales Support Administrator Iberia, en Ciempozuelos (Madrid).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? The objective of the FVL Sales Support Administrator Iberia is to prepare, quote and manage in C-VIEW opportunities for selling CEVA's Finished Vehicle Logistics capabilities to customers and prospects. The successful candidate will form the strong back-office for the customer facing Sales colleagues. The position will also require adapting to CEVA's BD strategy within Iberia to reflect changes within the marketplace.
Responsibilities: Responsible for sales administration in line with the global, regional and country specific FVL product and BD strategies. Prepare, quote and manage in C-VIEW all products and services offered by CEVA FVL. Support in the meeting preparation (presentations, KPI reports, etc.) Collaborate with country/cluster FVL product team to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA product synergies and upsell. Collaborate with FVL product community as well as FVL BD regional leadership to ensure alignment of strategy and action and corresponding execution. Manage the country pipeline in C-VIEW according to product line targets. Connect with all BD (local, regional, global) to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification is aligned with product strategy and priorities and to ensure pipeline and sales activity is aligned with growth targets. Quote the services of current and future clients in order to obtain maximum profitability and achieve the objectives defined by the Company, guaranteeing quality standards. Understand the sector characteristics and trends including: key players; market dynamics and challenges; existing requirements; key competitors and their offerings. Participate on creation of BD organization growth targets and strategy. Update and review established rates, as well as conduct market research. To offer telephone service and support to the Company's customers to ensure that the commercial offer offered is in line with the customer's needs. Support Sales Executive and Sector Leaders in everything related to the maintenance of current customers and the acquisition of potential customers (making offers, customer service, management of files). Manage the files and documentation corresponding to the commercial offers of each client, as well as monitor and control the offers submitted to ensure that they are updated in time and form. Ensure compliance with the Company's Procedures, Policies and Regulations in all phases of the process of offering services to clients. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Degree in logistics, business or equivalent. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Any other language is welcome. 3+ years' experience in Automotive and/or FVL. 3+ years used cars or fleet management experience. Knowledge of the logistics industry in Spain. Expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant in FVL. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER? Permanent contract. Competitive salary.
