As a Retail Controller you will report to the EMEA Finance Management and serve as business partner for the retail Country Manager driving the Budget and Forecast processes for your market as well as develop in conjunction with your business partner actionable plans to ensure delivery against budgeted and forecasted commitments.
Profil Your role will be: Reporting financial data to Head office according to Group calendar & any ad-hoc requirement Accurate and timely P&L Reporting & efficient cost control analysing Monitor and challenge market performance on prime costs, OPEX, CAPEX and stocks with the aim to improve profitability Monitor store performance by controlling store's P&Ls, lease commitments and support reconciliation analysis with partners Identify gaps, propose action plans, share best practices and develop significant business analysis Ensure that defined accounting standards are applied across the region and are in line with group rules Prepare an accurate annual budget & forecast ensuring data is comprehensive and detailed Support the EMEA Retail Manager to prepare the consolidated business analysis to be conducted at Regional level Have exhaustive control of the market's KPIs by store (efficiency rate, productivity rate, profitability, stocks control and margin control, CAPEX investments etc) Prepare solid financial analysis of new CAPEX investments with detailed calculations and projected profitability and cash flow Timely and accurate reporting of the Balance Sheet and Cash flow analysis Provide financial evaluation and guidance to influence in business decisions, strategy formulation and execution What is important for the role : 4/5 years of work experience in FP&A (prior experience in Audit (Big 4) will be a plus) Experience in working in an international & cross-functional environment Retail and fashion industry experience is desirable.
Advanced level of English and French.
