Job Summary
As part of our Future Talent program, we are looking for a recently graduated individual to join our HR Country Operations team in Spain reporting to the Head of HR Country Services Iberia. You will be working as a HR Associate and will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of HR Country Services in Spain to ensure operational compliance & governance is in place. It's a unique opportunity to learn and obtain hands-on experience in industrial relations, local benefits analysis, local rules and legislation. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you will do
Participate in the review of local rewards strategy, policies, and guidelines in the country including compensation review guidelines (and negotiations) and benefits programs, working closely with the HR Country Committee.
Collaborate with the labor relations strategy in the country. Facilitate conflict management between managers and employees and recommend corrective actions.
Advise on local regulations and updates where appropriate for the role. Ensure compliance with local regulations including regulatory requirements on HR core processes and overtime compliance control and country-specific regulatory training.
Foster company culture change – Drive DEI culture across the organization.
Support local managers in day-to-day people management activities.
Support payroll processes by ensuring proper reporting, analysis, and legal compliance of overtime and shift hours. Collaborate with the SC Rewards team to deliver timely and accurate payment of overtime and factory-specific allowances.
Participate in labor relations in cooperation with the Head of HR Country Services.
