Ensure interface & integration of Engineering activities in support to the preparation of the Airbus product policy.
Lead and/or support & perform analysis of competitor's products, at Aircraft and/or Vehicle & Components level, for the benefit of Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Technology functions.
Can lead and/or support the intelligence activities within Engineering.
Define the top level technical objectives and requirements up to MG3 allowing a robust launch of a new or incremental programme.
Manage and lead all activities required to meet overall vehicle design and major constituents' integration needs up to MG2 for new programmes.
Perform trade-off analysis in order to select the best overall vehicle and system architecture fulfilling system/product requirements.
Explore technical, manufacturing & operational aspects of innovative Aircraft and/or Vehicle configuration; this includes the capability to assess value & cost benefit (from both Aircraft and/or Vehicle manufacturer and operator perspectives).
Define component design targets for best overall vehicle value and monitor and challenge their achievement with the CoCs.
Define, prioritize and conduct research projects to adapt and develop technologies and competencies towards enhanced overall vehicle design and integrated constituents.
Develop knowledge and propose directions on environmental aspects.
Requirements Airbus internship will be a plus.
