Job Description
As Executive Director, Digital Transformation Procurement, you are part of the Group Procurement Organisation. This person will be responsible for the deployment and adoption of all our Procurement digital platforms in the world and providing support to digital tools customers.
Your main responsibilities are: Align WW digital transformation vision across all stakeholders.Define a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy in line with the local leaders' vision and priorities.Understand the context and challenges of the local market to influence the global roadmaps and change strategies.Supervise the local transformation of our procurement organizations.Manage a global team of digital managers in charge of the local implementation and adoption of the tools.Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to digital processes and tools for our internal and external stakeholders.Provide a first level of support to our customers and suppliers.Set up and improve the Procurement customer service team in charge of dealing with L1 business and digital queries from external stakeholders.Monitor customer satisfaction.FEW FIGURES ABOUT THE SCOPE OF ACTION
Typically handle 1M€ budget. Typically manage ~20 people, internal & external.
Qualifications PERSONAL SKILLS
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Knows how to attract and keep top talent. Can be effective in a constantly developing matrixed organization with both complex and evolving technology and products. Outstanding organizational skills.
LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
Graduate: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5. Expertise: Experience: > 10 years. Relevant Experience: at least 5 years of total working experience in a managerial role. Seniority & past experiences: Previous experience in a digital team.
Languages
French, English (Fluent).
