The role holder will play a vital role in the overall administration of investment funds. This position requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of fund operations, compliance, and client service. The Fund Administrator will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and compliant functioning of the funds.
Main ResponsibilitiesClient Service Serve as the main point of contact for fund clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.Coordinate with clients to facilitate the onboarding process, including the completion of necessary documentation.Transaction Processing Oversee and process fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and dividend distributions.Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.Compliance Oversight Monitor fund activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, prospectus guidelines, and internal policies.Collaborate with compliance teams to implement and enforce compliance measures.Net Asset Value (NAV) Calculation Participate in the calculation of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of investment funds.Verify the accuracy of pricing and valuation of fund assets.Reporting and Documentation Prepare and distribute periodic fund reports, statements, and financial summaries to clients and stakeholders.Maintain organized and accurate records of fund transactions, client communications, and compliance documentation.Operational Efficiency Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of fund administration processes.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and implement best practices.Investor Relations Communicate with investors regarding fund activities, performance, and reporting.Address investor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Coordinate with third-party service providers, including custodians and legal advisors, to ensure the seamless operation of fund services.Manage relationships with external vendors to meet the fund's operational needs.Other Duties Undertake the role of director, trustee, nominee, manager, partner, secretary, authorized signatory or any related position in internal entities or client entities of Amicorp Group, where necessary and required by the Management.Undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with Management.Qualifications, skills, and experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in fund administration or a related role within the financial services industry.Strong understanding of fund operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Good understanding of ATAD 3, DTA's etc to help set up Funds.Knowledge of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and fund accounting principles.Proficiency in using fund administration systems and financial software.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures is a plus.Exhibits strong leadership, social & interpersonal and communication skills, a positive can-do attitude and creativity.Experience in team leadership, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.Excellent client facing skills. Well-developed spoken and written communication skills and the ability to tailor style to relevant audiences, and successfully liaise with people at different levels.Excellent English language fluency: additional languages preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution driven, highly organized and detail orientated with good decision making and time management skills. Independent, hands-on and takes accountability to deliver solutions and results.Ability to think and work independently as well as part of a team, adapt and work under pressure with tight deadlines, in a smaller, dynamic, fast paced local team environment; along with being part of a bigger entrepreneurial matrix organization.
