The FRM will ensure the proper implementation, management, and follow-up of Risk, Compliance & Security across 7 locations and their 8000 employees.
What you'll do: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, plan, execute, and refine strategy, definitions, and roadmaps to implement and maintain the IBS Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 27001 certification.Ensure all applications and digital services in IBS are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements and Business Continuity Plans.Support the prompt deployment of global Security & Compliance solutions and processes in IBS.Track the market security & compliance posture through relevant metrics and drive continuous improvement through the management system.Drive the continuous improvement of Security & Compliance posture by leading the Risk, Control & Applications owners through the ISMS Framework.We offer you: Great benefits including competitive salary and a comprehensive social benefits package.
