Some of the world's largest banks and wealth management firms select and deploy our advanced SaaS and cloud-based technologies to meet their customers' needs - and it's our people who make the difference.Job Description: We are looking for a Functional Analyst.The position is available immediately and can be accomplished from our office in Barcelona.Your mission:Requirements gathering through BRD's (Business Requirement Document), meetings with stakeholders and workshops.Modelling the solution working with stakeholders from business and IT departments, using, preferably, UML.Ensure the alignment between what it is being built and business requirements.Be able to work, support and communicate with a range of client's stakeholders, UX department, QA department, and development teams and be proactive to ensure that all of them are aligned with the final solution.Be ready to work in agile environments when required.Qualifications:3-5 years of taking functional requirements and preparation of documentation.Experience in quality processes.Communication with international customers and teams.Fluent English.Experience in the financial sector will be a plus.Travelling is a requirement.Additional Information:Competitive salary.Full-time, permanent contract.Flextime (8 - 09.30h / 17:00 - 18.30h).Free Friday afternoons (a 6-hour day!).35-hour week for the full month of August (free afternoons!).3 remote days per week.Reduced price in private health insurance.Other benefits paid from the gross salary (ticket restaurant, transport tickets, nursery tickets).Free coffee.English courses.Referral bonus, if you bring people as talented as you.We offer flexible annual working time models, part-time as well as a hybrid approach to home office.
