Functional Analyst Mainframe

As a Functional/Technical Analyst, you will be part of the team focused on Mainframe. Responsibilities Translate business requirements into functional specifications, including acceptance criteria. Define functional specifications. Provide support during solution implementation. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the client's needs. Communicate clearly and concisely, both in written analysis and other channels. Ensure the quality of the final product by conducting tests and validations. Skills Degree in computer science or a related field. Extensive knowledge of Mainframe, COBOL, DB2, and IMS. At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst. Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML. Fluent in English, French, and Dutch, both written and spoken. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in analysing business processes and systems. Ability to critically evaluate requirements and draw supported conclusions. Experience in drafting functional specifications and defining requirements. Will work a minimum of 2 days per week in the Brussels office. Location Brussels, Belgium
